Bajaj Electricals Board to consider bonus issue

Mumbai, May 16: Bajaj Electricals Ltd today announced that its Board will consider decisions on the bonus shares issue and dividend,for the year ended March 31.

The company will take these decisions at its board meet on May 29. The directors will also consider on the fourth quarter results ended March 2007 and on a proposal for Employee Stock Options, the company informed the BSE.
