Sonia Gandhi to address election rallies on May 30 in Goa

Panaji, May 15 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi will kickstart the party's campaign for the June 2 elections to the Goa Legislative Assembly on May 30, which coincides with the completion of two decades of the formation of the island state.

Ms Gandhi will address two rallies, one at Mapusa in North Goa and the other at Margao in South Goa, GPCC president Ravi Naik said here today.

He said the party was fully geared to face the electorate with confidence. Several other prominent party leaders would also undertake campaign tours, Mr Naik added.
