Indiabulls realty arm acquires hotel property in Goa

New Delhi, May 15 (UNI) Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (IREL) today said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Diana Buildwell Pvt Ltd, has acquired a hotel property from Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd (SHRIL) for an undisclosed amount.

The subsidiary has acquired the sea-facing property with land spread over 21 acres at Vagator Beach, Goa, a statement said.

Earlier, promoters of IREL injected Rs 450 crore in the demerged realty arm of Indiabulls.
