No bidders for seven out of ten hotel sites put to auction by DDA

New Delhi, May 14 (UNI) Seven out of ten hotel sites put to auction by the DDA today failed to find any bidders.

Of the ten sites located in various parts of Delhi, only three, located at Hari Nagar and Vivek Vihar, were sold.

There were no bidders for rest of the seven plots located in Hari Nagar, Vivek Vihar, Shastri Park, Rohini and Anand Vihar.

A total bid amount of about Rs 44.28 crore was realised against the reserve price of Rs 43.28 crore.

The auctions will continue tomorrow when nine more plots located at Mandawli Fazalpur, Dwarka sector 10, Dwarka Sector 14, Paschim Vihar will be put to auction.
