JVM hold agitation for dismissal of Koda govt
Ranchi, May 14 (UNI) The Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (JVM), led by Jharkhand's former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, today organised statewide dharna demanding dismissal of the UPA-backed Madhu Koda government.
Initiating the party agitation programme from Parasnath hills, a famous Jain shrine located in Giridih, party president Babulal Marandi said 'total anarchy' reigned in the state and Chief Minister Madhu Koda should resign owning moral responsibility.
Mr Marandi said Mr Koda had become a 'puppet' in the hands of the Congress and other allies and was now 'misusing' his powers.
The JVM organised dharnas in all the district headquarters throughout the state and marked the day as ''Sankalp Diwas''.
