Jaipur, May 13 (UNI) With water supply of 199 litre per capita per day, residents of Kota in the desert state may find themselves comparatively comfortable to meet their increased summer requirements.

The situation in Fatehnagar in Udaipur district and Sojat city in Pali district was also more or less the same as the two towns were presently getting 30 litre per capita per day water supply which is 43 per cent of the desired supply level.

Both the towns are getting water supply once in every 48 hours.

The above two towns are among those 58 towns which are getting water supply on alternate day (every 48 hours). These cities and towns included Ajmer, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Sirohi, Nagaur, Beawer, Merta city, Bhilwara, Makrana, Rajgarh and Khetri.
