Shop dealer arrested for supplying poor quality rice

Visakhapatnam, May 12: A fair price shop dealer was taken into custody when the the city task force raided and seized 170 kg bags of rice from his shop today.

Police said the accused T Nookaraju was apprehended while he was allegedly trying to replace the quota rice with inferior quality.

The lorry of Nookaraju was impounded.

Investigation was underway, police added.
