Reliance call rates to US, Canada dropped to Rs 1.99/min

New Delhi, May 12 (UNI) Reliance Communications has announced a significant drop in the calling rates to the United States and Canada on its Reliance Global Call Card at Rs 1.99 per minute.

The customers can avail the facility by using the new Reliance Global Call Card of Rs 1,900.

''The new call rates, much lower than the STD rates of most operators will help our subscribers to keep in touch with their business associates or friends and relatives in the US and Canada without having to worry about the costs,'' company's President Personal Business S P Shukla said today in a statement.

Global cards which can be used on a Reliance Mobile and Hello Pre-paid or Post-paid enable Pinless dialing and are available in denominations of Rs 115, Rs 225, Rs 575, Rs 1,130 and now Rs 1,900.
