Jindal Steel to announce FY07 results on May 21

New Delhi, May 12: The Board of Directors of Jindal Steel&Power Ltd will meet on May 21 to take on record the financial results of the company and recommend dividend.

The BoD will also consider approving the annual accounts and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2006-07, it told the BSE today.
