Young woman lawyer crushed to death

Kolhapur, May 11 (UNI) A young woman lawyer died on the spot after a speeding police van ran over her at the city's Mirajkar Tikati area here today.

The woman, Mrinalini Babasaheb Jadhav, was crossing the point when the mishap occurred. It happened this evening, police sources said.

The driver of the van has been taken into custody, they added.
