Woman ends life over harassment to family

Nadiad, May 11 (UNI) A woman committed suicide in Pij village, near here, following harassment of her family by some local persons.

Vimlaben Bhikabhai Solanki,40, consumed poison and died yesterday after she and her family were being subjected to mental and physical harassment by seven local persons.

The Vaso police has filed cases against Jasodaben Chimanbhai; Chimanbhai Panjabhai; Chiragbhai Chimanbhai; Madhuben Panja; Dinaben Jethabhai; Alisaben Kanubhai and Chagganbhai Kisanbhai under sections 306, 504 and 114 of IPC.
