Hindustan Composites reports net loss of Rs 1.92 cr in Q1

Mumbai, May 11 (UNI) Hindustan Composites today reported net loss of Rs 1.92 crore in the quarter ended March this year as against net profit of Rs 0.10 crore during the corresponding quarter previous year.

Sales rose 10.18 per cent to Rs 17.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 16.01 crore during the previous quarter last year.

The net loss was reported at Rs 3.62 crore in the year ended March, as against net profit of Rs 0.67 crore during the previous year. Sales rose 7.00 per cent to Rs 65.87 crore in the year ended March as against Rs 61.56 crore last year, the release added.
