BSF jawan dies of extreme heat in Barmer

Jaipur, May 11 (UNI) A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan, posted in Munabao in Barmer district, died of extreme heat.

According to sources, havaldar Amrik Singh of 16 Battalion fainted during duty hours yesterday. He was taken to the rest house immediately and given first aid, but he died.

He hailed from Haryana.

UNI
