NECCC welcomes PM for filing his RS nomination paper from Asom

New Delhi, May 9 (UNI) North East Congress Coordination Committee (NECCC) General Secretary Sarif Laskar today welcomed Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh for filing his nomination paper for Rajya Sabha (RS) candidature from Asom.

In a statement, Mr Laskar said this would lead to a multiferious development of Asom and the entire North Eastern Region (NER) under the able and dynamic leadership of Dr Singh.
