I will answer Pasricha's notice in court: Gadkari

Mumbai, May 9 (UNI) Maharashtra BJP president Nitin Gadkari today said he would give all the relevant details about state DGP P S Pasricha's alleged amassment of property in court and welcomed the legal notice served on him by the DGP.

Mr Gadkari had recently submitted a list of properties amassed by Mr Pasricha at various places in the state to the government.

Talking to reporters here, the BJP leader said ''I am getting more and more details about his property and instead of answering him, I will prefer to answer in the court.'' When his attention was drawn to the controversy surrounding the Narendra Modi government about the fake encounter of alleged criminal Sorhabuddin Sheikh, he declined to comment on the issue, saying the matter was sub judice.

He, however, wondered why media was making such a hue and cry about the fake encounter in Gujarat and asked why the same media was not taking up the 'fake encounter' of Khwaja Yunus in Maharashtra.
