Trade worth Rs 2,832 crore transacted on NCDEX

Mumbai, May 8 (UNI) About 567 members and 3,035 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trading worth Rs 2,832 crore (one way) upto 1,700 hrs. There were more than 90,748 trades put through by them.

Active trades were high in pepper, jeera, guarseeds, chana, rape mustard seed and soya oil, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, 584 members and 3,046 users participated in trading and put through more than 1,02,143 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 3,283 crore (one way). Active trades were pepper, guarseeds, jeera, chana, gold and rape mustard seed, the release added.
