SCL buys out US' jewellery distributor Simon

New Delhi, May 8: Shrenuj&Company Ltd (SCL), manufacturer and exporter of diamond and jewellery, today said it has acquired US-based jewellery distributor Simon Golub&Sons Inc for an undisclosed amount.

The deal has been done through its 100 per cent subsidiary Astral Holdings Inc, a statement said.
