PM congratulates France President elect Sarkozy.

New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has congratulated Mr Nicolas Sarkozy on his election as the next President of France.

In his message, the Prime Minister spoke of the importance of the friendship between the two nations and said he looked forward to meeting the President elect.
