Mumbai, May 8 (UNI) The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers party, Bhim Singh today lauded the 'heart to heart' talk between Indians and Pakistanis at a meeting that took place between citizens and politicians of the two countries last week in New Delhi.

Speaking at a media briefing here, Mr Bhim Singh said ''People and politicians of both the sides of Kashmir were present at the meeting and they have welcomed the idea of a heart to heart talk between the people from both sides.'' He said, ''this is a very good beginning, after all a majority of political parties and people from both sides of Kashmir attended the meeting for the benefit of Kashmir.'' All major parties - Congress, PDP, PPP, Panthers party, CPI, CPM and others except Hurriyat and BJP were present at the meeting and Kashmiri pandits were happy when it was said that Kashmir belonged to India and the LOC will be slowly made irrelevant.
