Holcim says buys further 3 pct of India's ACC

ZURICH, May 8 (Reuters) Swiss cement maker Holcim said it had bought another 3 percent of shares in Indian peer ACC Ltd.

on Tuesday, bringing its total stake to around 41 per cent.

A market source had earlier said Holcim had bought 3 percent more of ACC from a clutch investors, after a block deal of 5.13 million ACC shares took place on the Indian stock market.
