Hearing on Rasheed's police custody adjourned till May 10
Hyderabad, May 8 (UNI) A local court today adjourned till May 10 the hearing of police custody of Rasheed, the alleged kingpin in the sensational fake passport case.
The 12th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate adjourned the case after hearing the arguments of the prosecution and the defence.
Rashid, a travel agent by profession, who surrendered before the Central Crime Station (CCS) police on May 3, was remanded to judicial custody the next day.
On May 5, the CCS police filed a petition before the court, seeking his custody for further interrogation.
