Four killed, nine injured in Giridih
Giridih, May 8 (UNI) Four people were killed and nine injured, two critically, when the vehicle carrying them overturned near Rembo village under Hirodih police station in Jharkhand's Giridih district today.
Superintendent of Police Arun Kumar Singh here said, the accident occurred after the driver lost control of the vehicle. Four people died on the spot and two among the injured were sent to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences in Ranchi.
Mr Singh said the passengers were going to participate in a marriage ceremony at 'Jharkhandi Dham' in the district.
