Nagland: 1 dies, 2 hurt in truck mishap

Kohima, May 08: One person was killed and two others were injured when a mini truck, in which they were travelling skidded off the National Highway 39 near Zubza in Kohima district.

Police said that the mini truck was carrying poultry produce from Dimapur to Kohima when it skidded off the road and fell 80 feet down yesterday.

The injured have been rushed to the Naga Hospital here where they were reported to be in serious conditions.

Cause of the accident was not known as yet.

Police investigation was on, sources said.
