Two bank employees killed in road accident
Jammu, May 7 (UNI) Two people were killed and another was seriously injured when their vehicle collided with a truck at Nandini tunnel near Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine this morning, official sources said.
Police said the accident took place when a gypsi car carrying bank employees collided head-on with a truck. Manager of the Jammu and Kashmir Citizen Cooperative Bank, Udhampur Ashok Kumar Rawal and his driver Baldev Singh, hailing from R S Pura, died on the spot.
Chief manager of the bank Subhash Chander was seriously injured in the accident and he was shifted to a government hospital in a critical condition, sources said.
