Monica ill, next hearing on May 14

Bhopal, May 7 (UNI) Underworld don Abu Salem's girlfriend and Bollywood starlet Monica Bedi, an accused along with Abu Salem in a fake passports case, did not appear before Judicial Magistrate Ravindra Singh's court today owing to illness.

The court has fixed the next date for hearing on May 14.

On November 28, 2001, a case was registered at the Koh-i-Fiza Police Station against Salem, Samira and Monica for having fake passports made at the regional passport office using the names Danish Baig, Rubina Baig and Fauzia Osman respectively.
