Mango tourism festival at Ratnagiri from May 11

Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) To give boost to tourism in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra Tourism Department is organising a three-day Mango-Tourism festival from May 11 to 13.

Talking to reporters, Maharashtra Tourism Minister Vijaysinh Mohite Patil and Managing Director Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Bhushan Gagrani said the festival will comprise of a big procession, exhibition and sale of various products of mango and other Konkani delicacies, along with food festival and beach volleyball competition.

Apart from this, there will be mountaineering, boating, dance, children's films, package tours and cultural programmes, they added.
