Hearing on Rashid's police custody adjourned till tomorrow
Hyderabad, May 7 (UNI) A local court today adjourned till tomorrow, the hearing of police custody of Rashid, the alleged kingpin in the sensational fake passport case.
The 12th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate adjourned the case after hearing the arguments of the prosecution and the defence counsel.
Rashid, a travel agent, who surrendered before the Central Crime Station (CCS) police on May 3, was remanded by a court to judicial custody, the next day.
On May 5, the CCS police filed a petition before the court, seeking his custody for further interrogation.
