FINER sends busines team to Europe

Guwahati, May 07 (UNI) With a view to tapping the vastly unexplored tourism potential of Asom, the Federation of Industries and Commerce of North Eastern Region (FINER) is sending a team to Europe.

FINER official Chinmoy Sharma today said a 22-member delegation would leave for Zurich tomorrow.

The team would be led by Dr Hemoprova Saikia, chairperson of Assam Tourism Development Corporation (ATDC).

Mr Yashobanta Mahanta, an entrepreneur, was sponsoring the tour, being arranged by the FINER.

The NE delegation will visit important circuits in Switzerland, Austria, Leichtenstein and Germany and interact with travel and tourism professionals and entrepreneurs of those countries.
