Capital punishment for one in Bihar

Sheikhpura, May 07 (UNI) A fast track court in Bihar had awarded capital punishment to an accused for killing three people in the district.

Additional district and sessions judge Vijay Kant Mishra passed the judgement after Lalan Singh was found guilty of killing Triveni Singh, Upendra Singh and Ramnik Singh of Kusedhi village under Barbigha police station area in the district.

According to charges, the accused had shot dead all the three persons on October 28, 2001 following some disputes at Kusedhi village in Sheikhpur district.
