58 units sealed by MCD in eight zones

New Delhi, May 7 (UNI) Continuing with its drive to seal commercial units operating in violation of the 2021 Delhi Master Plan, the MCD today put to seal 58 units in eight zones of the city.

Among the areas where the properties were sealed are Main Rajapuri Road in Najafgarh zone, Chittaranjan Park, Kalkaji in Central zone and Rohini, an MCD spokesperson said.

Twenty-four units were sealed in A-Block Shakarpur of Shahdara (South) zone, three in Nandnagri of Shahdara (North), 11 were sealed in Shardapuri upper ring road in West zone and five in Khanpur village in South zone, the spokesperson said.

With today's sealing the total number of units put to seal by the MCD since the drive began on March 28 is 1363.
