MP: 4 die in road accident

Narsinghpur (MP), May 7: Four people, including three women, were killed on the spot and two others injured when a multi-utility vehicle(MUV) collided head-on with a truck yesterday near Ramkhiriya village in Suatala police station area of this district, 58 km from here, police said.

Indore City Superintendent of Police Sanjay Singh's wife Damini(30), Sagar RTO Arvind Singh's wife Ritu (25), Mrs Shailaja and Fagu Barua(40) were killed. The injured, including a woman and the MUV driver, were admitted to the Jabalpur Medical College Hospital.

The MUV was on its way to Jabalpur from Pipariya when it collided with Indore-bound truck. The truck driver had been arrested, police said.
