12 Cong candidates for Goa Assembly polls

New Delhi, May 7 (UNI) The Central Election Committee of the Congress today approved the names of 12 candidates for elections to Goa Assembly.

According to a statement issued here by Mr Oscar Fernandes, Permanent Invitee to the CWC, the candidates are Jitendra R Deshprabhu-Pernem, Manohar Trimbek Azgaonkar-Dargalim, Dayanand G Narvekar-Aldona, Francis Silvera-St Andre, Pandurang Madgaikar-Cumbarjua, Aleixo a. De Sequeira-Loutilim, Digambar V Kamat-Margao, Sardinha Francisco aetano-Curtorim, F N Rodrigues-Velim, J B Alemao-Cuncolim, Chanddrakant Kavalekar-Quepem, and Isidore A Fernandes-Poinguinim.
