Mysore, May 5 (UNI) Taking a leaf out of Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy's book, Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa would stay in a village home in backward Sriramapura village in Hassan district, about 75 km from here, tomorrow night.

The two leaders would also hold joint 'Janata Darshan' in the village which had only 110 households. However, the house in which the two leaders would spend their night was yet to be decided.

The joint stay in the village and holding of 'meet the public' programme came in the wake of objections raised by Janata Dal(S) President H D Devegowda, who had objected the way the Ministers had acted.

''How many Ministers had acted to respond to the people's woes expressed during the Janata Darshan held by his son and Chief Minister Kumaraswamy'', he asked recently, raising a speculation over the continuation of the JD(S)-BJP government.

The Chief Minister had been practicing village stays in poor households in far-fetched villages in the state to study their problems. Janata Darshans held at his residence in Bangalore on selected Saturday's had also been popular.

Earlier, in Sriramapura there were only 20 households having electricity. Within a week the village sported a new look with newly laid three-km long asphalted road and drainage. Electricity connection was provided to all houses within few days.

Karnataka Cooperative and Mysore District Incharge Minister G T Deve Gowda said Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy who would be visiting the district tomorrow would declare open the Melapura-II stage drinking water supply scheme which was taken up at a cost of Rs 12.6 crore.

Later, Chief Minister would participate in the various development programmes in the Mysore district.
