All parties are involved in fake passport scam: TRS

Hyderabad, May 4 (UNI) Telangana Rashtra Samiti(TRS) Legislature Party leader G Vijaya Rama Rao today alleged that leaders of all major parties were involved in the fake passport scam.

Admitting involvement of some leaders of his party in the scam, Mr Rao said leaders of all major parties were involved in it. ''It is improper to say that the entire TRS party image is tarnished since some of its leaders are involved in the scam, he said .'' Some people were blowing the issue out of proportion to water down the Telangana movement, he alleged.

Meanwhile, the CPI(M) sought the resignation of all MPs and MLAs, who were facing charges in the fake passport and human trafficking case.

In a statement here, leader of the party's legislature wing Nomula Narasimhaiah demanded that political parties, whose MPs and MLAs were facing charges should resign.

There should be a provision in the constitution to recall such representatives, he added.
