Satyam's new centre in Vizag to employ over 1000

Visakhapatnam, May 3 (UNI) Satyam Computer Services Limited's (SCSL) new facility centre set up here will employ 750 associates during its first phase and the head count will be increased to 1300 before the completion of second phase.

Addressing a press conference here today, on the side lines of the inauguration of Satyam Computer Services Limited's (SCSL) new centre here, Satyam Chairman B Ramalinga Raju said the 6.5 acre new campus would be inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy this evening.

He said the new centre would deliver world-class services to their clients around the globe.

The centre would deliver broad range of services, including business process outsourcing to its customers in Asia and Europe, he added.

Currently, Satyam had development centres in US, UK, UAE, Canada, Hungary, Malaysia, Singapore, India, China, Japan and Australia.
