Moser Baer to deal with PV Tech for film project

New Delhi, May 3: Optical storage device maker Moser Baer today said it will enter into a share purchase agreement with PV Technologies India Ltd as an operating company, for the sale of its shares in Moser Baer Photo Voltaic Ltd, its subsidiary.

PV Technologies India Ltd is a subsidiary of the company, special purpose vehicle for thin film project, a statement said.

Yesterday, the company said its board had approved raising up to 150 million dollars, to be raised through debt or equity, to fund the company's expansion plans.

The company also said it would issue one bonus share for every two existing shares held.
