Two women suffer burn injuries after cylinder blast in HP
Chamba, May 2 (UNI) Two women suffered serious burn injuries after a LPG cylinder blast in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh yesterday, police sources today said.
The blast occurred soon after a lady, identified as Amarjeet Kaur, switched on her kitchen lights after her neighbourer, identified as Rinku, 32, complained of gas leakage in Chamba town last evening.
The sources said while Amarjeet had been referred to CMC Ludhiana with 60 per cent burn injuries, Rinku has been referred to PGI Chandigarh with 40 per cent injuries.
A case has been registered and investigations are on, the sources added.
