NPC welcomes extension of truce with NSCN (K)

Kohima, May 2: The Nagaland Peace Centre (NPC) has welcomed the ceasefire extension between the Centre and NSCN (K) for another one year.

NPC chairman N Theyo and executive director Lhushi Haralu in a release said it was a 'healthy' move towards peace in Nagaland.

They also urged both parties of the out fit to uphold the value of peace and work out the differences for a peaceful solution to the Naga problem.
