15 officers transferred in Delhi government reshuffle

New Delhi, May 2 (UNI) Fifteen officials of the Delhi Government have been transferred in a long due exercise, kept in abeyance due to MCD elections.

NDMC Deputy Director Anand Kumar, SDM Sadar Bazar, D K Aggarwal, Registrar Cooperative Society Mahender Singh are among those who have been affected in the 'minor reshuffle' which is effective from April 28, according to sources.

Anand Kumar has been posted as SDM Connaught Place, replacing I D Pandey who will now be Deputy Director of Rajkiya Ayurvedic Sanstha and D K Aggarwal has been shifted as administrative officer to the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceuticals, replacing Vivekanad Sharma, coordinator in the social welfare department, Mahender Singh has been shifted as SDM Headquarters.

Also, Deputy Labour Commissioner Pradeep Kumar is the new SDM (election) and Avinish Kumar Dwivedi administration officer (education).

Similarly, Satnam Dhaneja and Sitaram whose postings were long awaited have been sent to Education Directorate as Deputy Director and Deputy Labour Commissioner respectively.

Besides this, Delhi Pollution Control Board administrative officer Virender Singh has been transferred as assistant Housing Labour Department.
