AP HC orders on search of Margadarsi Financiers' offices

Hyderabad, May 1 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh High Court today set aside the order of a city court to conduct searches on the offices of Margadarsi Financiers owned by Media Baron Ch Ramoji Rao.

In his order, Mr Justice G Yathirajulu also directed the police to hand over all files seized by the police during the course of investigations.

''The authorised officer, appointed by the state government, shall make a requisition for a list of documents required by him for the fair conduct of investigation into the charges levelled against Margadarsi,'' he observed and directed Margadarsi Financiers to give photo copies of all search documents to the investigating agency.
