Mercury shoots up in parts of AP

Hyderabad, Apr 28 (UNI) The day temperatures were above normal at a few places in Telangana, Rayalaseema and also in Coastal region of Andhra Pradesh in the last 24 hours.

The highest maximum temperature of 43 deg C was recorded at Kadapa, Medak, Nizamabad and Rentachintala, the Weather Office said here today.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over all three regions of the state in the next 48 hours.

Hyderabad will have partly cloudy skyies. The Maximum temperature will be around 40 deg C.
