Jammu, Apr 28 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir government has decided to convene an 'All Parties' Meeting' at Srinagar on May 12 to arrive at a consensus on the proposed 25 per cent increase in the Legislative Assembly seats.

Addressing at a press conference, Education Minister Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed said all the national as well as local political parties of the state are being invited in the meeting, wherein all the important issues relating to people will be deliberated upon.

Besides Assembly seats, the Minister said that the issue of providing state subjects to the refugees from West Pakistan and rotation of reserved legislative constituencies will be discussed.

The 1947 and 1971 refugees from West Pakistan, being non state subjects, do not right to vote in Jammu and Kashmir.
