New Delhi, Apr 28: Former Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) President Sardar Mohammad Abdul Qayyum Khan today urged India to declare a 'general amnesty' for scores of 'militants' to return to Pakistan and denied existence of terror camps in PoK.

Admitting to the presence of Pakistan-based Laskher-e-Toiba (LeT) in Jammu and Kashmir, he said the operatives must be provided ''safe passage home''.

''The Government of India should declare a general amnesty.

There are youth who are hold up and do not have a passage back home.

They must be provided a safe passage,'' Mr Khan said in his address at the Observer Research Foundation.

When asked if Pakistan will take them back, he said talks on providing safe passage to the 'militants' were on at various levels.

About the existence of terror camps in PoK, Mr Khan, who is here to attend the second Intra Jammu and Kashmir Heart-to- Heart talks, said Pakistan President Pervez Mushsrraf had succeeded in eliminating all of them.

''Not even a single camp is run or functions on our soil.

Yes some individuals can be their we oppose them. Terrorism in all its forms must be condemned. We don't support terrorism.

The blame game must stop it ruins the peace process,'' he added.
