CPI(ML)-L to organise Krishak Jagaran Yatra
Kolkata, Apr 28 (UNI) The CPI(ML)-Liberation would organise "Krishak Jagaran Yatra" campaign throughout West Bengal from May one to 25 to demand resignation of Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee for the Nandigram mayhem.
" We are organising the Krishak Jagaron Yatra to observe the fortieth anniversary of farmers's momement which started at Naxalbari on May 25, 1967," party's state secretary Kartick Pal told newsmen here today.
He said the party's general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharjee will start the Yatra after garlanding the martyr's statue.
He said the campaign would continue demanding resignation of Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee for the Nandigram mass killing and for releasing all the documents of mass killings publicly.
Later, a massive rally would be held at Shahid Minar on May 25 where the party's central leaders would be present.
