All India Telugu Conference in Hyderabad in July

Visakhapatnam, Apr 28 (UNI) The Potti Sriramulu Telugu University Vice-Chancellor A Manjulatha today said that the All India Telugu Conference will be held in the first week of July at Hyderabad.

Addressing a press conference here, she said the conference would stress the need for imparting education in Telugu medium and would explore the possible ways of improving the standards.

The University has prepared the material for online Telugu teaching, particularly for American-based Telugu people after getting the permission from the state government.

She added that a chair was constituted in the name of famous poet and writer, the late Boyi Bhemanna.

To popularise the writings of Bheemanna, the Telugu University was reprinting his works and conducting four seminars in the four regions in the state.
