Newly wed Abhishek-Ash to visit Balaji temple with family

Tirupati, Apr 21 (UNI) Bollywood's newly-wed couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai will offer worship at the Lord Venkateswara temple at Tirumala tomorrow.

According to TTD officials here today, the couple accompanied by Abhishek's parents actor Amitabh Bachchan and actress Jaya, will arrive here tomorrow morning by a chartered flight from Mumbai.

They will visit the Balaji temple along with family friend Samajwadi Party General Secretary Amar Singh and offer worship at the temple.

After performing special poojas to Lord Balaji, the couple would leave for Mumbai. It was Amitabh's wish that Aishwarya and Abhishek offer worship at the temple before their honeymoon. Last week, the Bollywood icon had himself offered worship here along with his close family friends, industrialist Anil Ambani and Amar Singh, besides donating Rs 51 lakh, before the wedding.
