Clariant achieves net profit of Rs 14.43 crore

Mumbai, Apr 19 (UNI) Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited has reported a net profit of Rs 14.43 crore for the quarter ended March 31 this year as against a net profit of Rs 5.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company's performance reflects the benefits of operational streamlining, synergies and savings arising out of the successful integration of the Clariant group companies in April 2006 into Clariant Chemicals (India) Limted, the release added.
