BJP to have district HQs to strengthen base in Punjab

Moga, Apr 20 (UNI) BJP will set up party offices at district level in order to strengthen party cadre at grass root level, Punjab Technical Education Minister Swarna Ram said here today.

While opening BJP's new district level office here, the minister called upon the BJP workers to work at the village level in order to strengthen the party.

Mr Ram said the state government had directed all the district administrations to give due attention to party workers of both SAD and BJP and also stated that if any official of the district failed to redress the public grievances projected by them, they could approach the party headquarters for proper action.

The SAD-BJP alliance government was committed to provide corruption-free governance to the people as promised through their respective party election manifestos, he said.
