Ultras ablaze equipment belonging to minister's kin

Daltonganj, Apr 19 (UNI) About a hundred CPI (Maoist) set ablaze the equipment of a construction company at Manatu police station in Jharkhand's Palamu district late last night, police today said.

Police said the company belonged to state water resources minister Kamlesh Singh's brother.

Suprintendent of Police Udayan Singh here said the ultras of the proscribed outfit damaged a bridge, under construction, of the irrigation department and set fire to the technical equipment kept on the site.
