Major reshuffle of police officers in HP

Shimla, Apr 19 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Police today ordered a major reshuffle of Himachal Police Services (HPS) in the state, transferring 38 officers and promoting five others as ASPs, official sources said.

Sarkaghat DSP, Vimal Gupta, Una DSP, Pritam Singh, Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau DSP Madan Sudan, Rampur DSP, Ajay Singh and Dehra DSP Rani Bindu have been promoted as Additional SPs, the sources said.

The sources said 34 other HPS officers have also been transferred in a major reshuffle of police officers in the state.
